Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksandr Zuev (ranked 710 p4p, 1207 weight class) and Carter Wright (ranked 101 p4p, 154 weight class). Carter Wright is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Aleksandr Zuev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 36 - 26 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Carter Wright!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Franklyn Lucas and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright lands a nice hook to Zuev's body. Zuev takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Wright swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Zuev counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Carter Wright has been cut.
Zuev lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Zuev blocks a head kick by Wright.
Wright misses with a hook to the body
and Zuev counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wright misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Zuev to counter with a crisp jab.
Wright missing with a left hand there. Zuev was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Zuev jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
That has opened up Carter Wright's cut even more.
Zuev takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Zuev tries to clinch there but Wright circles away.
Wright lands with a nice body kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A lazy left from Wright finds it's target.
Zuev scores with a hook.
The cut above Carter Wright's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Zuev avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Wright lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Zuev scores with a jab to the head.
Wright swings for the body but Zuev moves out of range.
Crunch! Zuev slams his shin into Wright's torso.
Wright just misses with a punch to the body.
Zuev throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Wright on the side of the head.
Carter Wright's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Carter Wright's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Aleksandr Zuev!
After the fight, Aleksandr Zuev was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
