The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Utku Karayilan shoots in for a takedown but Broad shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Broad drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Utku Karayilan defends it well.
Utku Karayilan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Utku Karayilan closes the distance and clinches up with Broad, looking for a takedown. Utku Karayilan pushes Broad against the cage but Broad circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Broad drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Utku Karayilan defends it well.

Utku Karayilan fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Broad to the ground. Utku Karayilan is now in Broad's guard.
Broad looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Utku Karayilan is defending well. Broad quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Utku Karayilan has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Broad celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
