Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Surkho Dratchev (ranked 452 p4p, 422 weight class) and Anzor Dankovich (ranked 63 p4p, 56 weight class). Dratchev comes to the cage accompanied by Schweine by Glukoza Nostra. Anzor Dankovich told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 21 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Surkho Dratchev! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 33 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anzor Dankovich! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dankovich dodges the punch combination from Dratchev.
Dratchev tries for a takedown but Dankovich sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Dankovich appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Dratchev shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dankovich pinned against the cage. Dankovich gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dratchev moves out of range as Dankovich throws a body kick.
Dratchev misses the shot to the body. Dratchev throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dratchev definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Dankovich defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dratchev. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Surkho Dratchev. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dratchev tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dankovich was well out of range. Poor timing from Dratchev. Dratchev tries for a takedown but Dankovich circles away easily letting Dankovich counter with a right hand.
 It looks like Surkho Dratchev has been cut. Dratchev throws a leg kick and Dankovich counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Dratchev is looking to clinch but Dankovich is avoiding it.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Dankovich throws a lazy right hand but Dratchev sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Dankovich checks a leg kick. Dratchev works Dankovich's body with a nice hook. Dratchev misses with a series of wild punches.
Dankovich takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Dratchev fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dankovich. Dratchev throws a push kick but Dankovich slaps the foot to one side. Dankovich steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Anzor Dankovich is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dratchev lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
 It looks like Anzor Dankovich has been cut. Dratchev swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A slow jab from Dankovich misses its intended target. Dratchev swings for the body but Dankovich moves out of range.
Dankovich lands a front kick.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Dratchev shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Dankovich counters with a straight right hand. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dankovich lands a jab to the nose. Dankovich has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.
Dratchev drives through with a takedown into Dankovich's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Dankovich controlling Dratchev's posture. Dratchev postures up.
Dratchev wants to control from the top but Dankovich keeps moving. Dratchev sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dankovich's guard. Dratchev is trying to control. Dankovich wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dankovich can do anything to dispel that myth.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Dratchev missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Dratchev trying to control from half guard but Dankovich is working away.
Dratchev looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Dratchev trying to control the pace. Dratchev has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Dratchev seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dankovich does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Dratchev is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dankovich defends it well.
Dratchev is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Dankovich is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Surkho Dratchev! A relieved looking Surkho Dratchev thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
