Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jihyo Park (ranked 2503 p4p, 2257 weight class) and Samuel Henchy (ranked 287 p4p, 265 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jihyo Park! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Samuel Henchy! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Henchy works over Park's head and body with a nice combination.
 It looks like Jihyo Park has been cut. Henchy misses with the combination.
An attempted straight right counter from Park misses the target. Henchy doesn't manage to clinch there - Park circles away.
Henchy connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Park momentarily.
Park darts in looking for a takedown but Henchy gets double underhooks and turns Park into the cage. Henchy tries to break the clinch but Park is controlling the position. Henchy misses with an elbow over the top. Henchy misses with an elbow over the top. Henchy goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
A short right from Henchy on the inside. Park is working for takedown but Henchy is calmly controlling the position for now. Park is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Henchy is defending well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jihyo Park. That's going to take a lot out of him. Henchy is trying to break the clinch but Park is controlling him. Henchy wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Henchy pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Park swats away the attempt to clinch by Henchy. Park keeps the fight on the outside. Samuel Henchy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Henchy moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Henchy tries a low kick but Park avoids it. Henchy wants to clinch up but Park keeps it at a distance. Henchy tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Park paws at him with a jab and circles away. A quick step to the side and Park tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Henchy doesn't manage to clinch there - Park circles away.
Park shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Henchy counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Park thinking. Henchy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Park swats him away and circles back towards the center. Park swats away the attempt to clinch by Henchy.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Henchy throws a combination that misses
and Park counters with a shoot takedown. Henchy fights it but they end up in guard. Henchy keeping moving, preventing Park from controlling successfully. Park trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Park drops back looking for a leg! Henchy is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Henchy manages to kick Park off! Park jumps back into Henchy's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Park drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Park seems to have locked his on tight now - Henchy screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Park, as he picks up the win!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Jihyo Park! In his post fight interview, Jihyo Park started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
