Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rex Amwano (ranked 1123 p4p, 2790 weight class) and Emil Zetterberg (ranked 137 p4p, 291 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rex Amwano!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Emil Zetterberg!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amwano throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Zetterberg stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Amwano dips to his left and cracks Zetterberg with an uppercut!
It looks like Emil Zetterberg has been cut.
Zetterberg wants to clinch up but Amwano keeps it at a distance.
Amwano seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Zetterberg throws a jab but it's blocked by Amwano.
Amwano throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Zetterberg misses with a shot to the body
and Amwano finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Amwano avoids a kick to the body.
Amwano checks the leg kick nicely there.
Amwano thows a body kick. Zetterberg tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Zetterberg wants to clinch up but Amwano keeps it at a distance.
Amwano throws a hook but Zetterberg blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Zetterberg.
Amwano swats away the attempt to clinch by Zetterberg.
Amwano seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Jab, jab by Amwano - just one landing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Zetterberg throws a poor cross that misses
and Amwano counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Emil Zetterberg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Amwano misses with a head kick.
A shot to the body from Zetterberg misses
and Amwano finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Zetterberg looks winded!
Amwano fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Zetterberg to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Zetterberg looks to clinch but Amwano throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Zetterberg taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Rex Amwano!
A very excited looking Rex Amwano rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
