Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dash Herrera (ranked 2348 p4p, 1903 weight class) and Antonio Ximenes (ranked 194 p4p, 165 weight class). Ximenes has chosen Timor-Leste National Anthem as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Antonio Ximenes!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Steve Montenegro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herrera manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Ximenes on his heels. He'll look to pass Ximenes's guard now, I'm sure.
Ximenes manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Herrera is fighting off a takedown attempt but Ximenes is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Herrera to the mat. Herrera regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Ximenes drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Herrera dives on top into guard.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Ximenes looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Herrera can't hide his disappointment, as Ximenes celebrates the victory.
