Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quentain Martell (ranked 328 p4p, 489 weight class) and Mordor Mettovaara (ranked 53 p4p, 74 weight class). Martell comes to the cage accompanied by I Pledge Allegiance (Nate Dogg ft. Pharoahe Monch). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Mordor Mettovaara!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martell slaps away a takedown attempt from Mettovaara, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Mettovaara misses with a looping left.

Martell takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Mettovaara throws a combination. Martell tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Quentain Martell has been cut.

That was a close round but I would say that Quentain Martell will probably get the nod.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mettovaara lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Martell has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Martell and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Mettovaara has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Martell. Oh but Mettovaara has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Martell goes limp - he's gone! Mettovaara jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

Mordor Mettovaara decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
