Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Elian Ibarra (ranked 3380 p4p, 3373 weight class) and Antonio Reyes (ranked 340 p4p, 338 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Elian Ibarra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Antonio Reyes!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Ivan Kurochkin and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reyes wants to slow Ibarra down by chopping away at his legs.
No joy there for Ibarra, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Reyes walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Reyes lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Reyes with a nice calf kick.
Reyes throws a shot from downtown. Ibarra moves away and avoids it.
Reyes has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Ibarra misses with a few strikes there.

Ibarra lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Reyes circles away quickly and effectively.

Reyes fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Ibarra looks to land a combination. Reyes sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Reyes thuds a left hand into Ibarra's body.
Ibarra throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Reyes stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Ibarra lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Reyes fails in his attempt to clinch.
Reyes takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ibarra lands a nice hook to Reyes's body. Reyes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Reyes tries a head kick but it misses.
Ibarra throws a nice looking combination but Reyes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Reyes drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Ibarra defends it well.

Reyes darts in looking for a takedown but Ibarra gets double underhooks and turns Reyes into the cage.
Elian Ibarra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Reyes.
Ibarra throws a series of punches but Reyes moves out of range.

Some wild striking there from Ibarra.
Ibarra smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Reyes goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Oh Ibarra is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

A chopping leg kick lands by Ibarra.
Ibarra pulls out of a head kick attempt.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

and Reyes counters with a straight that turns Ibarra's legs to rubber! Reyes pushes forward with more strikes and Ibarra goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
