Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Magomed Magomedsharipov (ranked 5513 p4p, 3101 weight class) and Nathan Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen Push Ups as his entrance music. Magomedsharipov has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Nathan Lee will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 22 - 81 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Magomed Magomedsharipov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nathan Lee! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Magomedsharipov with a poor takedown and Lee counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Lee lands a slapping body shot.
Magomedsharipov goes for a double leg but Lee avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Lee continues to drive forward. Magomedsharipov is breathing heavily. A head punch blocked on the inside by Magomedsharipov. A frustrated look appears on Lee's face as he tries to break the clinch. Magomedsharipov drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lee gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Magomed Magomedsharipov. That's going to take a lot out of him. A shot in the inside from Lee. Lee swings wildly with an uppercut but Magomedsharipov uses good head movement to avoid it. Lee wants to break the clinch but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee misses with a short punch on the inside. Lee throws a head punch that misses. Magomedsharipov blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Lee has had enough of the clinch but Magomedsharipov keeps him there for the moment.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Lee wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Magomedsharipov tries for a takedown. No joy.
Lee can't break the clinch.
Lee's coach down at Kaptajnernes Træningscenter was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lee's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. A head punch on the inside from Lee fails to land. Magomedsharipov is trying to drag Lee to the mat but Lee just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. A head punch on the inside from Lee fails to land. Lee lands on the inside with an uppercut. Lee wants to break free but Magomedsharipov has control.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Lee creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Lee working hard to break the clinch.
Lee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Lee lands the left hand. Nathan Lee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Lee walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Magomedsharipov drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Lee swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Magomedsharipov's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nathan Lee! As Nathan Lee got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: That was too easy... another KO'.
