Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dax Camacho (ranked 4162 p4p, 4165 weight class) and David Alvarado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dax Camacho! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, David Alvarado! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, John Roberts and Anthony Taglia.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camacho closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Alvarado did well to prevent Camacho getting side control.
Alvarado kicks Camacho off and gets back to his feet. Alvarado takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Alvarado goes for a double leg but Camacho avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Camacho continues to drive forward.
Alvarado looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Camacho trying to keep a closed guard but Alvarado is proving a slippery customer.
Alvarado slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Alvarado wants to pass the guard but Camacho is keeping the position. Alvarado is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Alvarado not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Camacho on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Camacho tries to get out of the position.
Alvarado thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Camacho avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Alvarado content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Alvarado passes into half guard. Alvarado tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Camacho wants to improve his position but Alvarado is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Alvarado tries to pass the half guard into mount. Camacho knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Well, if Alvarado is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight� I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza� Yum. Can't wait.
Camacho is in trouble now - Alvarado has advanced to mount!
 That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Camacho is desperately trying to improve his position but Alvarado has a good base and remains in mount. Alvarado thowing shots but they're missing. Camacho is looking to improve his position but Alvarado isn't that keen on the idea. Alvarado controlling from the full mount. Camacho keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Camacho holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Alvarado tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Alvarado tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment. Alvarado sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Camacho wants to hold on but Alvarado pushes him away.
Alvarado gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Camacho is looking to take this fight into the clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Alvarado looking to score a takedown here. Camacho is defending well but Alvarado drives through and ends up in Camacho's guard. Alvarado being controlled here momentarily. Alvarado controls the pace of the fight for a moment. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
David Alvarado dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Camacho tries for a takedown but Alvarado circles away easily
and Alvarado counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Alvarado. Alvarado wants a takedown but no success here.
Camacho is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Alvarado looking for a takedown. Camacho wants to get back to striking at distance but Alvarado won't allow it.
Camacho has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Alvarado after a bit of a struggle.
Alvarado escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Camacho is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Dax Camacho is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Alvarado gets caught flat footed, as Camacho shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Alvarado keeping moving, preventing Camacho from controlling successfully.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Alvarado has Camacho pulled in close to control his posture. Camacho scoring with some ground and pound. Alvarado trying to control the position here. David Alvarado has got the better of the ground game so far. Alvarado trying to keep a closed guard but Camacho is proving a slippery customer.
Alvarado seems keen to control Camacho's posture. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Alvarado working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Camacho doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Camacho manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Alvarado not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Camacho is looking to pass into half guard but Alvarado pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Alvarado is in guard.
Alvarado is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Alvarado wants to get up but he can't break Camacho's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Alvarado not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Alvarado passes into half guard. Alvarado not doing much here.
Alvarado is thwarting Camacho's attempts to control the position. Camacho blocking the ground and pound attempt from Alvarado.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Camacho is trying to control Alvarado's posture. Alvarado takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Camacho! Alvarado is rotating here... this could be the end... Camacho is out! Alvarado has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
