Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Black Leben (ranked 390 p4p, 226 weight class) and Saurabh Pandeya (ranked 45 p4p, 26 weight class). Leben comes into the arena with Wynona's Big Brown Beaver blaring out of the sound system. Pandeya is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Clan In Da Front. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Black Leben!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 12 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Saurabh Pandeya!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pandeya comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Pandeya lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Leben at a distance.
Leben misses with a body shot.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Leben lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Pandeya has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Pandeya and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Pandeya tries to score with a low kick but Leben moves his leg out of the way.
Leben throws a head kick that misses
and Pandeya counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Pandeya.
Leben scrambles and gets back to his feet.

A punch lands to the side of Pandeya 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Pandeya attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Pandeya throws out a leg kick but Leben moves out of range and Pandeya only half commits.
Leben circles away from the clinch attempt.

Black Leben seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pandeya tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Leben was well out of range. Poor timing from Pandeya.

Pandeya drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Leben defends it well.

Leben looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Pandeya throws a low kick, looking for Leben's leg but Leben calmly moves out of range.

Pandeya shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Leben sprawls well. Leben wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Pandeya gets slowly back to his feet.

Leben swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Leben displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pandeya throws out the jab.
Pandeya feints and then cracks Leben's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Leben down.
Leben needs to keep his hands up - Pandeya had a free shot at his head there.

Leben throws a front kick aimed at Pandeya's knee but Pandeya avoids it well.
Pandeya dives in and grabs Leben's left leg, looking for a takedown. Leben pushes down on Pandeya's head and hops out.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Leben tries to land a front kick but Pandeya steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Leben has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Far-Q Fight Club in the buildup to the fight.
Leben missing with a left hand there. Pandeya was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Pandeya connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Pandeya throws the left hand but Leben avoids the punch easily.

Pandeya sizes up Leben with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

The fighters circling - Pandeya throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Pandeya misses with a takedown attempt - Leben sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Black Leben has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Saurabh Pandeya.

Leben throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Pandeya counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Leben!
Pandeya wants to take a breather but Leben manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Pandeya.

Pandeya stays in close to Leben's body and controls the position.
Leben looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pandeya is one step ahead there.
Leben throws his legs up looking for a submission but Pandeya uses it to pass to side control.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Pandeya is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Leben is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Pandeya is working to tighten his grip on Leben's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Leben has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Pandeya is really squeezing tight and eventually Leben passes out! Pandeya breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
