Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nathanial Huerta (ranked 4051 p4p, 2559 weight class) and Taisei Sakuraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Nathanial Huerta has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Nathanial Huerta seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sakuraba connects with a good right hand that stumbles Huerta. Huerta circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Huerta moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Huerta misses with a left hand
and Sakuraba scores with a counter punch that sends Huerta to the canvas! Sakuraba smells blood - he's punishing Huerta with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Huerta has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Taisei Sakuraba!
A relieved looking Taisei Sakuraba thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
