Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Viktor Kuznetsov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quentin Dunn!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunn tries to clinch but Kuznetsov moves out of range.

Kuznetsov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dunn has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kuznetsov has managed to get both his arms back between Dunn's legs - danger averted.

Dunn's coach down at War Hound MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Dunn's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Dunn has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Dunn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kuznetsov tries to avoid it but Dunn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kuznetsov to the ground. Kuznetsov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dunn can do anything to dispel that myth.

Dunn is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kuznetsov defends it well.
Dunn looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kuznetsov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Quentin Dunn comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Dunn has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
