Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Phil Schofield and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Zervas.
Zervas misses the shot to the body.
Sanchez slaps away a takedown attempt from Zervas, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Zervas closes the distance and clinches up with Sanchez, looking for a takedown. Zervas pushes Sanchez against the cage but Sanchez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Theo Zervas. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Zervas scores with a takedown into Sanchez's guard.
Sanchez doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Sanchez lands an upkick as Zervas stands over him.
Sanchez pushes a forearm under Zervas's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Zervas is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
