Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Mckinney (ranked 4115 p4p, 3241 weight class) and Jonathon Garner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garner has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dennis Mckinney!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonathon Garner!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnem�ki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurstr�m.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mckinney will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mckinney shoots in but no luck this time.
Mckinney tries to clinch but Garner moves out of range.
Mckinney tries to score a power double leg takedown but Garner sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mckinney somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dennis Mckinney. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mckinney forces Garner back against the cage and clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mckinney tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Garner manages to circle out of the way.

and Garner cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Mckinney will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mckinney keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Garner.
Mckinney is looking to clinch.
Mckinney darts in looking for a takedown but Garner gets double underhooks and turns Mckinney into the cage.
Garner misses with a punch to the body.
Garner lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Garner tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Garner doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Mckinney wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Garner misses with a hook to the ribs.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mckinney has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Garner uses from the top position.
Mckinney lands a good elbow from the bottom.
Garner is posturing up here but Mckinney has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Garner tries to roll out but it's too tight and Garner has to tap! Slick submission there by Mckinney!
