Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Suga Diabeetus (ranked 1375 p4p, 1856 weight class) and Jaycee Veto (ranked 170 p4p, 213 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diabeetus comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Veto throws a jab when Diabeetus was well out of range.
Diabeetus lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Jaycee Veto has been cut.
Veto misses with a looping left.
Veto on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Diabeetus fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Veto on the side of the head.
Diabeetus throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Veto pivots, looking for a leg kick but Diabeetus is out of range and Veto settles back down.

Diabeetus lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Diabeetus is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Diabeetus is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Veto.

Veto connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Diabeetus momentarily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Veto counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Veto throws a leg kick which misses Diabeetus's front leg but catches the back leg as Diabeetus tries to avoid it.
Veto misses with an attempted mid kick.
Diabeetus looks to throw the jab but Veto is out of range.
Diabeetus paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Veto uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Diabeetus.

That has opened up Jaycee Veto's cut even more.
Diabeetus is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Diabeetus swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Veto throws a lazy right hand but Diabeetus sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Veto throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Diabeetus is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Diabeetus steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Veto.
Veto throws a body shot but no joy.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Suga Diabeetus will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Jaycee Veto's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Veto tries to move into range but Diabeetus moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Veto has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Veto there as he acknowledges the shot.

and Diabeetus counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Veto out cold! What a finish! Diabeetus is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
