Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bernard Matthews (ranked 4114 p4p, 4151 weight class) and Saul Erickson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erickson throws a leg kick but Matthews sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Matthews is looking to counter the offense by Erickson and move into the clinch.

Erickson is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Matthews - that's hurt Erickson badly! Oh, another knee lands and Erickson is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Erickson doesn't seem to be complaining.

After winning the bout, Bernard Matthews thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
