Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sincere Stewart (ranked 4857 p4p, 4166 weight class) and Ali Escobar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Sincere Stewart has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Sincere Stewart seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sincere Stewart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ali Escobar! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Russell Pearce and Steve Montenegro.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Escobar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stewart swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ali Escobar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stewart finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Stewart tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Escobar was well out of range. Poor timing from Stewart. Escobar fails with an attempt to clinch.
Escobar tries for a takedown but Stewart circles away easily and Stewart connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Stewart misses the jab. Escobar takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Stewart falls off balance throwing a combination
and Escobar counters with a nice uppercut.
 It looks like Sincere Stewart has been cut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Escobar tries to clinch up but Stewart circles away and keeps his distance. Escobar shoots in and drives through. Stewart sprawls well. It looked like Stewart was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Escobar fails with the takedown. Sincere Stewart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ali Escobar.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Stewart throws a front kick aimed at Escobar's knee but Escobar avoids it well. Escobar lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stewart circles away quickly and effectively. Stewart was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Escobar is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Stewart. Escobar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stewart swats him away and circles back towards the center. Stewart stuffs the takedown attempt from Escobar. Escobar gets slowly back to his feet.
Stewart tries to keep at a distance but Escobar has taken the fight into the clinch. Escobar tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Stewart stalls. Stewart misses with a body punch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Stewart. Stewart dodges an elbow strike from Escobar.

Escobar pushes off an throws an elbow but Stewart leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Stewart really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. A quick uppercut on the inside from Stewart. Stewart prevents the takedown attempt.

Stewart misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Stewart lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Escobar backwards. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Stewart throws a punch but it's blocked by Escobar.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Escobar drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Escobar is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Stewart to keep the fight standing. Escobar drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Stewart lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Escobar or not. Stewart is pushing Escobar up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Stewart scores with a nice hook to the head. Stewart tries a body shot but Escobar blocks it.
Stewart swings wildly with an uppercut but Escobar uses good head movement to avoid it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Stewart. Escobar drops down looking for an ankle pick but Stewart pulls his leg out and moves away.
Escobar shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Stewart counters with a stiff right hand. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sincere Stewart dominated that round. The cut man is working on Sincere Stewart's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Stewart ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Escobar moves away. Escobar shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Stewart as he avoids it easily. Escobar drops his hands momentarily and Stewart takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Escobar takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Escobar tries to pull guard but Stewart holds him up against the cage and eventually Escobar drops back down to his feet.

Escobar's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Stewart is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Escobar can do to turn this around? We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stewart closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Escobar out cold! Escobar corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sincere Stewart!
