Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Viktor Kuznetsov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jaidee Wongsuwan! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Paul Gruel.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuznetsov decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Wongsuwan trying to control from the bottom.
Kuznetsov slips a nice elbow through Wongsuwan's hands, connecting with Wongsuwan's forehead. Kuznetsov thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Wongsuwan wants to get back to his feet.
Kuznetsov seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kuznetsov lands a nice short elbow. Kuznetsov slips a nice elbow through Wongsuwan's hands, connecting with Wongsuwan's forehead. Wongsuwan keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kuznetsov is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Wongsuwan wants to control but Kuznetsov is keeping busy.
Wongsuwan avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kuznetsov. Kuznetsov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Kuznetsov controlling the action here. Kuznetsov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Wongsuwan with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Wongsuwan pushes Kuznetsov off looking to stand but Kuznetsov dives back in and keeps control.
Wongsuwan on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Kuznetsov working over Wongsuwan with some ground and pound. Wongsuwan looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Kuznetsov controlling the action here. Kuznetsov landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Kuznetsov with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Kuznetsov looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Kuznetsov working Wongsuwan over with strikes. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kuznetsov lands a nice short elbow.
 Wongsuwan is rocked! Kuznetsov lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Wongsuwan quite badly. Wongsuwan pulls Kuznetsov in close trying to recover. Kuznetsov postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Wongsuwan on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Wongsuwan doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Viktor Kuznetsov! A very excited looking Viktor Kuznetsov made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
