Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kenga Assura!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alexander Njord!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Assura tests Njord's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Alexander Njord has been cut.
Assura throws a good cross that connects.
Assura throws out a loose jab but Njord uses good head movement to avoid it.
A nice side step and Njord releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Njord uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Assura.
Assura thows a left - swing and a miss!
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Njord! But no joy.
Njord throws a shot to the body.
Njord goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Kenga Assura has been cut.
Assura throws a lazy right hand but Njord sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Assura rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Njord moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Assura connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Njord changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Nice shot lands for Assura.
Jab, jab by Njord - just one landing.
Njord uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Assura has time to react.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Njord drops Assura with a huge uppercut! Assura drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Njord is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alexander Njord!
