Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Talan Wu (ranked 792 p4p, 2148 weight class) and Kamari Powell (ranked 103 p4p, 237 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Kamari Powell was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kamari Powell!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Chris Edwards and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wu scores with a sloppy right hand. Powell should have avoided that one.
Wu seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Wu tries to bum rush Powell with a series of wild strikes but Powell uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Powell misses with a straight left.

Powell looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Powell cracks Wu with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Kamari Powell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Powell uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Wu has time to react.
Powell takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Powell throws a jab but it's blocked by Wu.
Powell displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wu throws out the jab.

Wu lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Powell's jab looks to have found its range, popping Wu under the eye.
Wu walks into a straight right hand from Powell.
Wu misses with a jab, cross combination.
Wu throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Wu takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Powell is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wu.
Powell looks to score with a jab to the body but Wu is just out of range.
Wu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Powell connects with a good right hand that stumbles Wu. Wu circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Powell might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Powell moves out of range as Wu strikes.
Powell connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Powell avoids the body shot from Wu.
Wu throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Powell counter with a right hand.
Powell throws a body shot but no joy.
Wu throws a lazy right hand but Powell sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Good shot there by Powell.

Powell lands with a cross.
Wu is rocked!
Wu tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Powell was well out of range. Poor timing from Wu.
Oh Wu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Powell throws a monster overhand right that drops Wu! Powell follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kamari Powell!
A victorious Kamari Powell thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
Talan Wu was interviewed post fight and said '"you will all die"'.
