Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between JD Hawks (ranked 5536 p4p, 5207 weight class) and Wamugunda Muhoho (ranked 433 p4p, 420 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, JD Hawks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wamugunda Muhoho! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Muhoho cracks Hawks with a good jab. Muhoho stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Muhoho wants it to stay on the feet. Muhoho waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hawks.
Hawks shoots in and bounces Muhoho off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Muhoho is wriggling around but Hawks manages to pass to half guard.
 The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Muhoho won't allow Hawks to pass to mount. Muhoho wants to get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hawks content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
 That's one minute gone in the round. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Muhoho can do anything to dispel that myth. Hawks seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Muhoho for as long as he can get away with. Hawks looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Hawks in particular looking to stall.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Hawks continues to stall. Hawks throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Hawks is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Muhoho! Hawks in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Hawks looking to control and managing it successfully. Hawks landing strikes from the mount and Muhoho is in trouble! Hawks content just to control the position here.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Hawks has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Hawks throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Muhoho has his hands clasped together but Hawks breaks the hold and Muhoho is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Hawks!
