PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Hanson (ranked 16 p4p, 26 weight class) and Ivan Petrov (ranked 2 p4p, 5 weight class). Hanson comes to the cage accompanied by Subcouds - on red. Petrov has chosen Черная Волга as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 32 - 5 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Petrov!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Petrov defends it nicely.

Petrov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - a gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt.
