The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Meadows throws a sloppy head kick and Delgado moves out of range easily.
Delgado throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Meadows has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Delgado moves forwards but Meadows connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Meadows looks for a takedown but Delgado sprawls well.

Delgado uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Meadows.

Meadows slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Delgado throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Delgado tries to close the distance and clinch but Meadows swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Meadows! But no joy.
Meadows moves out of range of the body kick from Delgado.
Despite the aggression on Meadows's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Meadows throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Delgado stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Meadows pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Delgado back to the cage. Meadows follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Rolando Delgado has been cut.
Meadows looks to throw a body kick
and Delgado counters with a left and a right that stings Meadows.
Meadows misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Meadows works Delgado's body with a nice hook.
Meadows throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Delgado throws a hook to the side of Meadows's head but Meadows sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Delgado connects with a right hand. Meadows shakes it off.
Meadows throws a looping overhand right but Delgado ducks down to avoid it.
Delgado explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Delgado digs a good body shot into Meadows's ribs.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Delgado fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Meadows manages to avoid it.
Delgado rushes Meadows and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Delgado scores with a shoulder strike.
Delgado presses Meadows against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Meadows looks winded!

Delgado lands a left hand.
Meadows wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Delgado has him pressed against the cage.
Delgado lands a nice uppercut.
Meadows jumps guard but Delgado turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Rolando Delgado has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jay Meadows.

Delgado throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Meadowss head.

Delgado tries to throw a body punch but Meadows avoids it by throwing Delgado back against the cage.
Meadows tries to break the clinch but Delgado is controlling the position.

Meadows is still on wobbly legs! Can Delgado finish him?
A nice right hand lands inside from Delgado.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Delgado creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Delgado pushes Meadows against the cage. Delgado is working some dirty boxing. Delgado pushes off with a quick right hook! Meadows goes down! Meadows tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Delgado moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
