Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scherwin Blake!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Voluspa tries to score a power double leg takedown but Blake sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Voluspa somewhat.
Voluspa misses with a takedown attempt
and Blake counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jab, jab by Blake - just one landing.
Voluspa shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Blake as he avoids it easily.
Blake throws out a counter right but Voluspa avoids it with no problem.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nori Voluspa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Voluspa is looking to clinch but Blake is avoiding it.
Blake throws a shot from downtown. Voluspa moves away and avoids it.
Good shot there by Voluspa.
Nice jab there from Blake.
Blake swings for the body but Voluspa moves out of range.
Blake jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Blake is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Voluspa fails with an attempt to clinch.
Blake misses with a two punch combination.
Voluspa shoots in and gets a takedown into Blake's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Blake looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Voluspa won't allow Blake to sweep him here.
Voluspa is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Voluspa scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Blake is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Voluspa might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Voluspa is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Blake is tapping! Great win for Voluspa!

A relieved looking Nori Voluspa thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
