Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Job Gilbert (ranked 3991 p4p, 2240 weight class) and Cole Mclean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cole Mclean is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Job Gilbert! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cole Mclean! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Reed Andrews and Bruno Lombardi.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mclean bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Mclean controls the position. Gilbert is looking to regain half guard here but Mclean keeps moving and retains side control. Mclean controls the position.
Mclean goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Gilbert rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Mclean's guard! Nice work there by Gilbert!
Mclean has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Gilbert off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Mclean misses with a wild combination.
Mclean has closed the distance and engaged Gilbert in a clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mclean is trying to pull guard but Gilbert has him pressed against the cage.

Gilbert drags the fight down to the ground.
Mclean stands and steps away. Gilbert gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Mclean throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Gilbert misses with a head kick.
Despite the aggression on Mclean's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Mclean tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gilbert was well out of range. Poor timing from Mclean. Gilbert ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mclean moves away. Gilbert fails in his attempt to clinch. Gilbert avoids the head kick by Mclean.
Gilbert moves into the clinch. Gilbert tries to pull guard but Mclean forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Mclean tries to score a body lock takedown but Gilbert shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Mclean misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Gilbert is trying to push Mclean away but Mclean has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Mclean escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Mclean moves out of range of the body kick. Gilbert doesn't manage to clinch there - Mclean circles away.

and Mclean counters with a nice double leg into side control. Gilbert won't be happy with that. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mclean is staying tight to Gilbert's torso, preventing him from escaping. Gilbert is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Mclean tries to score with some ground and pound. Gilbert controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mclean wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gilbert, who protects the arm well. Gilbert trying to remain calm as Mclean controls from the top position. Mclean working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Mclean content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Mclean swings around for an armbar but Gilbert sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Mclean's guard.
Mclean has his foot on Gilbert's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gilbert works his way back into a safe position though. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mclean is on top in guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mclean accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
 The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Mclean decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Mclean looks to throw the jab but Gilbert is out of range.
Mclean shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Gilbert wants to stand back up but Mclean manages to pass into side control.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Cole Mclean dominated that round. That's time! Gilbert's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Mclean tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gilbert paws at him with a jab and circles away. The fight stays on the outside here - Gilbert looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Mclean is looking to clinch but Gilbert is avoiding it.

Gilbert shoots for a takedown but Mclean saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Gilbert throws a head kick but Mclean moves out of range.
Mclean drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Gilbert defends it well. The fight stays on the outside here - Mclean looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Gilbert tries to work over Mclean's front leg with a kick but Mclean checks it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gilbert lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mclean circles away quickly and effectively. Mclean throws a jab when Gilbert was well out of range. Gilbert appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Mclean has Gilbert pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Gilbert manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Mclean has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Mclean shoots in and drives through. Gilbert sprawls well. Gilbert tries to clinch up. Mclean looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gilbert is fending him off so far but Mclean persists. Nope, Gilbert circles away and we're back to standing. Gilbert half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Job Gilbert has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cole Mclean. Gilbert is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mclean sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Mclean tries to clinch there but Gilbert circles away.
Gilbert is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Mclean drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Gilbert defends it well. Mclean keeps the fight on the outside. As Gilbert backs off Mclean throws a huge counter combo but Gilbert manages to avoid it all. Mclean avoids the head kick by Gilbert.
Mclean shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gilbert manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Gilbert is looking to stand back up but Mclean counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Gilbert. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Gilbert gets full guard. Mclean pushing down on Gilbert's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Mclean works his foot free and advances to mount. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mclean takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Gilbert blocking the ground and pound. Mclean wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it. Mclean controlling the pace for now.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Mclean has isolated one of Gilbert's arms. Gilbert looking to fight him off but Mclean twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
