Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cholo Mou!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cole Mclean!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mou closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mclean circles away.
A chopping leg kick lands by Mclean.
Mclean throws a head kick that misses.
Mou swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Mclean gets the takedown into side control.
Mou bucks up and tries to throw Mclean off but instead Mclean has got his back!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mou is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Mclean's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mclean is working for a rear naked choke. Mou is not defending it well and Mclean has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Mou refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Mou's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Cole Mclean!
