Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Novikov (ranked 2791 p4p, 4020 weight class) and Amantius Allectus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ivan Novikov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Amantius Allectus!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Novikov misses with a head kick.
Novikov backing away here, and Allectus unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Horrible takedown attempt by Novikov or perhaps it was just good defense by Allectus, which made it look bad.
Allectus stuns Novikov with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Allectus lands a leg kick that knocks Novikov off balance momentarily.
Allectus gets a clinch.
Novikov stalling in the clinch but Allectus improves position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Allectus lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Allectus lands a right hand.
Allectus scores with a shoulder strike.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Allectus.
Novikov takes a shot to the head.
Novikov is rocked!

A nice right hand lands inside from Allectus.
Oh Novikov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Novikov is trying to pull guard but Allectus has him pressed against the cage.
Allectus pushes Novikov back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Allectus creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Novikov with a big uppercut! Novikov tries to clinch up but Allectus pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Novikov to the mat! Novikov covers up and Allectus unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Amantius Allectus!
A relieved looking Amantius Allectus thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
