Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sean O Rally (ranked 3118 p4p, 25123 weight class) and Ronaldez Reno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sean O Rally has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean O Rally!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ronaldez Reno!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Rally's jab looks to have found its range, popping Reno under the eye.
O Rally lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
O Rally scores with a shot to the body.
Reno takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Reno tries for a takedown but O Rally circles away easily
and O Rally counters with a nice uppercut.
O Rally scores with a nice right hand.
O Rally misses with a looping left.

O Rally feints and as Reno raises his hands in defense, O Rally changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
O Rally won't allow Reno to get back to his feet.
O Rally slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
O Rally really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Reno had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. O Rally defends it easily.
O Rally not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Reno is looking to stand up but O Rally isn't so interested in that idea.
Reno really doesn't want to stay on the ground with O Rally. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Reno working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. O Rally doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. O Rally manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
O Rally tries to free his leg and advance position but Reno is retaining full guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
O Rally is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
O Rally is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Reno doesn't succeed with the takedown
and O Rally counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Reno shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and O Rally connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sean O Rally has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronaldez Reno.
Reno moves forwards but O Rally connects with a nice, crisp jab.

O Rally closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

O Rally is trying to get an arm triangle but Reno is defending well.
Reno being controlled for a moment.
O Rally will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
O Rally works to advance to full mount. Reno defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

O Rally with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
O Rally sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

O Rally is working for a guillotine from mount but Reno frees his head quite easily.
Reno reaches up to try and control the position but O Rally seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Reno rolls and tries to escape and now O Rally has his back!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
O Rally is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

O Rally is looking for the choke from the back position but Reno is controlling his hands well.

Reno defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Reno is trying to get back to his feet but O Rally has full control of the position and if anything, Reno has just worked his way into a worse spot.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Reno is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Reno wants to escape the position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Sean O Rally dominated that round.
That's time! O Rally's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

O Rally connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

O Rally shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
O Rally passes into half guard.
O Rally with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
O Rally is keen to just control but Reno is a slippery customer.

O Rally is looking for a kimura but Reno is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for O Rally to get the leverage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
O Rally content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

That's one minute gone in the round.

O Rally wants to work for an arm triangle but Reno is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Still in half guard, O Rally seems content to control.
O Rally trying to pass the guard but Reno defending well.

O Rally seems to be looking for submissions.
O Rally looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Ronaldez Reno is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Reno fakes a jab and throws a low kick but O Rally checks it well.
O Rally on the wrong end of a nice hook.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
O Rally scores with a hook.
No luck for O Rally with that takedown attempt.
O Rally avoids a punch combination nicely.
Reno on the wrong end of a nice hook.
O Rally moves away from the strike by Reno.
O Rally works the jab nicely.
A combination from Reno does no damage.
O Rally lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
O Rally dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd cheers as O Rally lands an impressive looking overhand right. Reno doesn't seem phased though.
Reno throws an ugly left hook that misses
and O Rally counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
O Rally lunges at Reno with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Reno's hand.
O Rally with a body punch. A glancing blow.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
O Rally bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Reno's head backwards.

Reno is rocked!
O Rally lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Reno is still on wobbly legs! Can O Rally finish him?

O Rally connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Reno! He's out on his feet! O Rally rushes in and drops Reno with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
