The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dotson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Wayne Dotson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Khattab looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A combination from Dotson does no damage.
Dotson fails with a takedown attempt.
Khattab fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dotson manages to avoid it.
Dotson misses with a wild combination.
Khattab dodges the punch combination from Dotson.
Dotson throws a combination. Khattab tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Dotson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Khattab counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Khattab shoots in and bounces Dotson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We've been hearing that Khattab has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Khattab is in close to Dotson's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Khattab drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Khattab seems to have locked his on tight now - Dotson screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Khattab, as he picks up the win!
