Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vahid Gangster (ranked 282 p4p, 856 weight class) and Leonid Zakharov (ranked 39 p4p, 99 weight class). Gangster kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is 2Pac - The Warriors Way. The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Paulo Santos and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooh!!! Gangster has knocked Zakharov down with a huge combo! Gangster steps away and waves a wobbly Zakharov back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Leonid Zakharov has been cut.
Zakharov plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Zakharov drives through and clinches with Gangster against the cage.

Vahid Gangster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leonid Zakharov.
Zakharov wants to take the fight to the mat but Gangster manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Gangster definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Zakharov tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Gangster's elbow.

Zakharov drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Gangster gets the underhooks and prevents it.
The referee is keeping an eye on Gangster - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Zakharov is rocked!
Gangster pushes Zakharov against the cage and as Zakharov bounces back, Gangster cracks him with a massive overhand right that sends him crashing to the mat! Gangster follows up with more strikes but Zakharov was out from that first, devastating punch! Wow!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vahid Gangster!

After the fight, Vahid Gangster was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
