Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Maki Homma (ranked 2405 p4p, 1749 weight class) and Ibragimgadzhi Abdurakhmanov (ranked 264 p4p, 208 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Maki Homma! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ibragimgadzhi Abdurakhmanov! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abdurakhmanov lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Abdurakhmanov works Homma's body with a nice hook. Homma keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Abdurakhmanov. Abdurakhmanov just misses with a punch to the body.
Donk. Abdurakhmanov catches Homma right on the button with a cross. Homma ducks under a wild hook from Abdurakhmanov. Homma seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Abdurakhmanov misses with a body shot.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Homma's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Abdurakhmanov swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Abdurakhmanov tries to work over Homma's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Abdurakhmanov has a couple of punches blocked by Homma.
Abdurakhmanov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Homma takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Abdurakhmanov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Homma tries to counter by clinching up but Abdurakhmanov breaks away and moves out of range. Abdurakhmanov loads up on a big right hand but Homma slips the punch. As Abdurakhmanov tries to get set, Homma tries to push him back and clinch up but Abdurakhmanov manages to avoid the attempt. Abdurakhmanov throws a lazy uppercut
and Homma counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
 That's two minutes gone in the round.
Homma pulls guard effortlessly. Homma utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Abdurakhmanov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Abdurakhmanov throws a big right hand that misses.
Homma is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Abdurakhmanov has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Homma to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Abdurakhmanov is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Homma pulls down on the head and he's put Abdurakhmanov to sleep! This one is all over!
