Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cristofer Nunes! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Enuardo James! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nunes ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. James misses with an uppercut
and Nunes counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. James fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Nunes goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. James misses with a low kick.
James tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. James avoids the body shot from Nunes.
Nunes lands a head kick. James smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Nunes throws a sloppy head kick
and James counters into the clinch. Nicely done. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. James is stalling here.
James effectively controlling the action here. Nunes wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but James has him pressed against the cage.

James just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromNunes. James is looking to chop away at Nunes's legs. James takes a head kick and keeps coming.

James will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Nunes up against the cage. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for James. James goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

and Nunes counters with a series of strikes. James will be more careful next time no doubt. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from James lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Nunes has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Nunes and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Nunes is looking to counter with head kicks. James on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Nunes. Nunes obviously looking to wear him down.
Nunes looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Nunes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nunes misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from James.
Nunes has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from James. James throws a looping overhand right but Nunes ducks down to avoid it. James throws a body punch but Nunes moves out of range. Nunes throws a series of punches but James avoids them all with ease. James is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Enuardo James dominated that round. That's time! Nunes's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
James cracks a nice hook into Nunes's ribs.

James throws a hook but Nunes avoids it easily. It looked like Nunes was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. James throws out a loose jab but Nunes uses good head movement to avoid it. James loads up on a big right hand but Nunes slips the punch. Nunes appears to be looking for a big counter. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nunes uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from James. We are yet to see a takedown attempt from James in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. James has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Nunes. James takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. James throws a lazy uppercut
and Nunes counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
 That's one minute gone in the round. James cracks Nunes with an open hand slap. Enuardo James seems to be getting the better of the standup. Nunes looks to land a combination but James avoids it well. James lands a jab to Nunes's midsection.
Nunes tries to keep at a distance but James has taken the fight into the clinch. James goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
James's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. James lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Nunes looks to score with a jab to the body but James is just out of range. Nunes lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Danga de danga de dang - Nunes scores with a four punch combination! Good work by Nunes as he checks the leg kick.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Nunes throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nunes will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
James dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Nunes misses with a wild body shot. James looks like he wants to counter punch here. Cristofer Nunes is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. James lands with a straight right. Nunes didn't see that one coming. James throws a leg kick that is checked and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Nunes misses with a kick to the body and James counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! James scores with a hook to the body. Nunes takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Nunes pivots, looking for a leg kick but James is out of range and Nunes settles back down. Nunes takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Enuardo James showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

A clash of legs there as Nunes blocks the low kick. Nunes looks for the body kick but James saw that one coming. James lands a glancing blow to the side of Nunes's head. Nunes checks the leg kick. An attempted straight right counter from Nunes misses the target. Nunes misses with a wild combination.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! James lands a nice looking body shot.

James steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Nunes. That one must have hurt. Enuardo James is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. James comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. A nice inside leg kick there by Nunes. That's going to slow James down. A swing and a miss from James. Nunes throws a lazy head kick and James counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Nunes bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Nunes misses with a low kick.

James's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. James moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Nunes throws a left and a right that both miss
and James counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Nunes tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Nunes throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and James makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. James lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. James digs a good body shot into Nunes's ribs. Nunes pulls out of a head kick attempt.
James does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. It looked like Nunes was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from James. Nunes tries to land a front kick but James steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Nunes looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Nice uppercut there from James. Nunes staying out of range there. Nunes appears to be looking for a big counter. Nunes throws a head kick but James moves out of range.
Nunes attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Cristofer Nunes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! James dips to his left and cracks Nunes with an uppercut!
And that's the end of the fight! Enuardo James comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well James has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
