Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bukhuti Favlenishvili (ranked 3585 p4p, 3964 weight class) and Best Chess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bukhuti Favlenishvili! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Best Chess! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Damien Edna and Darius Henderson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chess looks for the body kick but Favlenishvili saw that one coming. Favlenishvili misses with a head kick.
Chess is trying to counter with his kicks. Favlenishvili really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Favlenishvili tries for a takedown but Chess sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Chess closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Chess is looking to take a break and control but Favlenishvili is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Favlenishvili is trying to get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Favlenishvili tries to bench press Chess off him but Chess keeps the position. Favlenishvili can't do much from the bottom here. Favlenishvili tries to get back to half guard but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Favlenishvili wants to control but Chess postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chess scores with a couple of short elbows. Chess is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Favlenishvili will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Favlenishvili is looking for a sweep. Favlenishvili struggling a bit here. Chess wants to control but Favlenishvili is keeping him busy.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Favlenishvili manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Favlenishvili with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Favlenishvili's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Favlenishvili seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Chess for as long as he can get away with.

 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Favlenishvili is defended easily by Chess. Chess appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

Chess counters with a body kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bukhuti Favlenishvili. That's going to take a lot out of him. Favlenishvili misses with a takedown attempt - Chess sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Chess follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Chess dives in and scores a takedown into Favlenishvili's guard. Chess sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Favlenishvili's guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Favlenishvili is not content to let Chess control the position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Favlenishvili fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Chess avoids it really well and circles away. And Chess responds with a good body kick, but Favlenishvili manages to step out the way in time.

Favlenishvili trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Favlenishvili lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Favlenishvili will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Favlenishvili looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Favlenishvili continues to stall.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Chess holds on and takes a little breather. Chess lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Favlenishvili seems keen to control Chess's posture. Favlenishvili controls Chess momentarily but Chess frees himself.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Chess wants to control from the top but Favlenishvili keeps moving.
Favlenishvili is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Chess is aware though and is defending well. Favlenishvili keeping moving, preventing Chess from controlling successfully.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Favlenishvili throws a body shot but no joy. And Chess responds with a good body kick, but Favlenishvili manages to step out the way in time. Favlenishvili shoots in and drives through. Chess sprawls well. Chess is trying to counter with his kicks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bukhuti Favlenishvili. That's going to take a lot out of him.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Favlenishvili closes the distance and clinches. Favlenishvili tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Chess wants the takedown. Favlenishvili is fighting it off but Chess persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Favlenishvili's guard against the cage. Favlenishvili bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Chess's guard.

Bukhuti Favlenishvili is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Favlenishvili wants to clinch. Chess is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Nope, Chess circles away and we're back to standing. Chess let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Favlenishvili is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Chess is controlling him.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Chess trying to control the position from guard on top but Favlenishvili is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Chess must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Favlenishvili tries to land a sweep but no joy. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Favlenishvili looks to throw the jab but Chess is out of range. Chess replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Favlenishvili blocks it well. Favlenishvili is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Chess is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Nice sprawl there from Favlenishvili as Chess shoots in.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Chess misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bukhuti Favlenishvili seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chess circles away from the clinch attempt.
Favlenishvili shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Chess pinned against the cage. Chess gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Chess gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Favlenishvili makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Bukhuti Favlenishvili has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Best Chess.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Chess tries for a takedown but Favlenishvili manages to get underhooks.
Favlenishvili is pressed up against the cage. Chess has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Favlenishvili down to the mat. Favlenishvili avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Favlenishvili fails with an attempt to clinch.
Favlenishvili fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Chess tries a quick counter leg kick but Favlenishvili is wise to it. Best Chess is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Favlenishvili just misses with a punch to the body.
Chess counters with a body kick. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Favlenishvili misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Chess steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
And that's the end of the fight! Bukhuti Favlenishvili showed his dominance in that final round. I think Chess has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
