The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdurakhmanov moves away from the strike by Garrison.
It looked like Abdurakhmanov was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Garrison.
Garrison jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Garrison misses with a wild body shot.
Garrison lands with a slapping head kick.
Abdurakhmanov uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Garrison.
Garrison misses with a looping left.
Abdurakhmanov takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Garrison rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Abdurakhmanov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Abdurakhmanov fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Garrison throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Abdurakhmanov blocks a jab.
It looked like Abdurakhmanov wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Abdurakhmanov takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Garrison throws a leg kick that is checked
and Abdurakhmanov counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Lewis Garrison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Garrison throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Abdurakhmanov.

Garrison is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Garrison takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
It looks like Lewis Garrison has been cut.
Abdurakhmanov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Garrison is rocked!
