Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Urjiah Chen (ranked 3901 p4p, 2317 weight class) and Bai Li (ranked 370 p4p, 246 weight class). Chen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Адамға адам керек. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bai Li!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chen misses with a double jab
and Li counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Chen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Li on the ground.

Li takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Li looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Chen with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Li perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Let's hope that Li has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Li cracks Chen with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Li has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Chen's face.

and Li counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Chen!
Li lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Chen down.

Li looks up at the clock and then as Chen takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Li smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Li has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

A relieved looking Bai Li thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
