Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ham Burger (ranked 1319 p4p, 2419 weight class) and Fotos Hasapis (ranked 169 p4p, 263 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Thiago Cunha and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hasapis closes the distance and pushes Burger back into the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Burger is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Hasapis is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Burger drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Burger jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Hasapis is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Burger is controlling him.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ham Burger.
I think Burger has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
