Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 57 - 69 - 11, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bronson Cobb!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cobb dives in for a single leg takedown but Salvacion sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Cobb dives in and scores a takedown into Salvacion's guard.
Cobb postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Salvacion is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Cobb, into his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cobb is looking for a triangle but Salvacion pushes his legs off easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cobb working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Salvacion doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Salvacion manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Cobb looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Cobb is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Salvacion frees his head nicely. Oh but Cobb has switched to an armbar! Salvacion is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
