Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Chaney (ranked 4183 p4p, 25042 weight class) and Hannibal Jim (ranked 446 p4p, 567 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kevin Chaney! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hannibal Jim! The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Steve Erwin and Winston Howard.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jim darts in and clinches Chaney up against the cage.
Chaney breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jim closes the distance and clinches. Jim is trying to force a seperation but Chaney has the dominant position. Chaney drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Chaney gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Chaney is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Jim pulls him back up using the underhooks. Jim wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Chaney has him pressed against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chaney wants a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kevin Chaney. That's going to take a lot out of him. Chaney tries a knee to the head but Jim blocks it.
Chaney jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jim walks away with a smile on his face. Chaney gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jim rushes Chaney and presses him up against the cage. Our sources have told us that Chaney has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Jim tries for a takedown but Chaney manages to get underhooks.
Chaney tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jim smiles and moves away.
Chaney pushes Jim up against the cage in a clinch. Jim managing to block the knees to the body from Chaney.
Chaney with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Jim tries to pull guard but Chaney holds him up against the cage and eventually Jim drops back down to his feet.
A frustrated look appears on Jim's face as he tries to break the clinch. Jim creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Jim tries to pull guard but Chaney holds him up against the cage and eventually Jim drops back down to his feet.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Chaney keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Jim's efforts to push away. Chaney lands a knee to the head.

Chaney pulls guard effortlessly. Jim content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Chaney wants to stand but Jim is controlling the position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jim accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Jim sitting in guard, not really doing much. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Jim prevents Chaney from getting back to his feet. Chaney really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Jim works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Jim decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Chaney rushes Jim and presses him up against the cage. Chaney has Jim pressed against the cage, preventing Jim from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Jim drags the fight down to the ground.

Jim wants to stand but Chaney is controlling the position. Jim has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Chaney stays in close to Jim's body and controls the position. Jim keeping moving, preventing Chaney from controlling successfully. Chaney will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Chaney stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jim swivels though and keeps the full guard. Chaney seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jim is pulling down on Chaney's head. It's preventing any offense from Chaney, at least for the moment. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kevin Chaney will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Jim moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Jim displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Jim moves into the clinch successfully.
Chaney drags the fight down to the ground.
Jim is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Jim wants to control from the top but Chaney keeps moving. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jim slips nicely into half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Chaney keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Jim controlling the action here. Chaney pushes Jim off but Jim dives into side control.
Jim wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chaney keeps working. Jim throws an elbow but Chaney slips to the side and avoids it well. Jim taking a breather here.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Chaney is pushing Jim's head away, looking to escape. Jim manages to hold on to the position though. Jim trying to control the action but Chaney is working from the bottom. Jim is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Chaney is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Jim has just dragged him back down to the mat.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jim decides to stand back up. Jim has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Chaney instigates a clinch. Kevin Chaney has scored more points in the clinch so far. Chaney avoiding damage as Jim throws knees to the body.
Chaney lands an elbow just above Jim 's eye. Chaney stops a takedown attempt from Jim.
Jim wants to break free but Chaney has control.
Jim drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Chaney gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Chaney dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Jim misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Chaney.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Chaney stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Chaney is looking for a takedown. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Chaney takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Chaney has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Jim regains guard immediately. Jim is looking to stand up but Chaney isn't so interested in that idea. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Chaney trying to control the position from guard on top but Jim is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Chaney stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jim swivels though and keeps the full guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Hannibal Jim showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Chaney's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

 That's one minute gone in the round. Jim working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Chaney. Jim has a closed guard, preventing Chaney from standing up. Chaney has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Chaney sitting in guard here, content to control.

Chaney won't allow Jim to get back to his feet. Chaney is looking to stand up but Jim won't let him. Jim wants to stand up but Chaney is controlling him. Hannibal Jim has got the better of the ground game so far. Jim is trying to control the position but Chaney postures up.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Jim pulls Chaney in close to his closed guard and prevents Chaney from doing any damage or advancing position. Chaney trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Jim uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chaney. Jim moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Chaney takes the fight into the clinch. Jim is trying to pull guard but Chaney turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Jim tries to pull guard but Chaney forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Jim is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. A nice glancing elbow lands by Chaney. Chaney wants to take the fight to the mat but Jim manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Jim tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Jim is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Chaney pulls him back up using the underhooks. Kevin Chaney has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hannibal Jim. Jim jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Chaney walks away with a smile on his face. Jim gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Chaney throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Jim counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Chaney pushes Jim off looking to stand but Jim dives back in and keeps control.
Jim works his foot free and advances to mount. Jim scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Chaney?
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Chaney is in all sorts of trouble here.
Jim has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Chaney is forced to tap!
