Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chike Obi (ranked 2159 p4p, 1870 weight class) and Benny Darius (ranked 231 p4p, 197 weight class). Darius has chosen In the Shadows - The Rasmus as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 17 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chike Obi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Benny Darius!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurstr�m, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obi moves forwards but Darius connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Obi throws a shot to the body.
Obi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Darius moves away.
Obi cracks Darius with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Darius throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Obi throwing a counter right hand but Darius manages to avoid it.
Obi staying out of range there.
Obi throws a poor cross that misses
and Darius counters with a stiff right hand.
A telegraphed right hand from Darius misses the target.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Darius!
Obi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Darius.
Nice uppercut there from Obi.
It looks like Benny Darius has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Darius darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Darius throws a head kick but Obi moves out of range.
Darius swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Darius cracks Obi with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Darius uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Obi.
Obi walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Darius tries to move into range but Obi moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Darius is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Darius throws a hook to the side of Obi's head but Obi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Darius is still on wobbly legs! Can Obi finish him?
Darius misses with a straight right.
Obi on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Darius misses with a head kick.
Darius is holding his hands too far apart here. Obi throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Darius is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Chike Obi!
An out of breath Chike Obi thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
In defeat, Benny Darius stepped up to the mic, saying 'Thank you to my opponent and all the fans, my coaches and sponsors.'.
