Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between August Thibodeaux (ranked 1073 p4p, 1823 weight class) and James Kirk (ranked 140 p4p, 217 weight class). Kirk is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by my fighting ability is alot like my acting. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Kirk!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thibodeaux tries to work over Kirk's front leg with a kick but Kirk checks it.
Kirk raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Thibodeaux throws a leg kick but Kirk moved away.
Thibodeaux works Kirk's body with a nice hook.
Kirk takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kirk avoids the body shot from Thibodeaux.
Kirk has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Thibodeaux lands a nice hook to Kirk's body. Kirk takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

It looks like Thibodeaux has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Kirk throws the kick towards the body but Thibodeaux avoids it.
Thibodeaux was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Thibodeaux throws a monster overhand right that drops Kirk! Thibodeaux follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
