Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Hirohito Nitta and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brennan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jefferson unleashes a big counter combination but Brennan bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Brennan lands a glancing blow to the side of Jefferson's head.

Jefferson blocks a jab.
Jefferson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Brennan tries to buck Jefferson off but Jefferson is having none of it.

Jefferson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Brennan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Jefferson wants to work for an arm triangle but Brennan is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Brennan has his foot on Jefferson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jefferson works his way back into a safe position though.
Jefferson is in close to Brennan's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Brennan is looking to cinch up a triangle. Jefferson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Brennan's body to avoid the submission. Brennan has instead reached around Jefferson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Brennan arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
