Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Zoltan Szobo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Thor Poohammer!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zoltan Szobo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Szobo lands a head kick. Poohammer smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Poohammer shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Szobo sprawls well. Szobo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Poohammer gets slowly back to his feet.

Poohammer looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Szobo is fending him off so far but Poohammer persists. Nope, Szobo circles away and we're back to standing.

Szobo tries to close the distance and clinch but Poohammer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Szobo's corner calls for a 1-2. Szobo obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Poohammer shoots in for a double leg but Szobo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Szobo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Poohammer swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Poohammer stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Szobo.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Szobo moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Poohammer tries to clinch up but Szobo circles away and keeps his distance.
Poohammer takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Szobo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Poohammer counters by clinching up.
Poohammer tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Szobo smiles and moves away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Poohammer.
Szobo circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Poohammer drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Szobo follows Poohammer to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
