The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nsembo rushes maxwell and presses him up against the cage.
Nsembo gets underhooks to prevent maxwell's takedown attempt.
maxwell wants a takedown but no success here.
maxwell is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for steven maxwell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
maxwell drops down looking for an ankle pick but Nsembo pulls his leg out and moves away.
Nsembo lands a nice shot that snaps maxwell's head back.

It looks like steven maxwell has been cut.
maxwell closes the distance and clinches up with Nsembo, looking for a takedown. maxwell pushes Nsembo against the cage but Nsembo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nsembo sizes up maxwell with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
maxwell is breathing heavily.
Nsembo goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
maxwell tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nsembo swivels and escapes.
maxwell avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nsembo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A nice inside leg kick there by Nsembo. That's going to slow maxwell down.
Nsembo lands with a right that hurts maxwell. maxwell looks to clinch but Nsembo throws a short knee that drops maxwell. This one is all over!
