Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Landin Durham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mike Miami!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Sandra Marshall and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durham shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Miami as he jumps to the side.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Miami, as that shot connected.
Miami throws a hook but Durham blocks it.
Durham's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Miami connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Durham scrambles back to his feet.
Miami scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Durham walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Miami cracks Durham with a right hand to the side of the head.
Durham is rocked!
Miami lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Oh Durham is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Miami fakes the body blow, causing Durham to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Durham goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mike Miami!
