Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Iran Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Longson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Longson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Oopsy daisy chipmunk kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longson fails in his attempt to clinch.
Good work by Longson as he checks the leg kick.
Longson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

It looks like Iran Nogueira has been cut.

Nogueira has taken the fight to the clinch.
Nogueira goes for a takedown in the clinch but Longson prevents it.
Nogueira looking to throw knees to the head but Longson is blocking nicely.
Longson blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Longson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Longson swats away the attempt to clinch by Nogueira.
Longson scores with a kick to the midsection.
Nogueira blocks the body kick.
Nogueira tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Longson swivels and escapes.
Nogueira misses with a straight left.
Nogueira fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nogueira tries to clinch but Longson is having none of it.

Longson tries to clinch up but Nogueira circles away and keeps his distance.

Nogueira tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Longson was well out of range. Poor timing from Nogueira.
Longson circles away from the clinch attempt
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Nogueira is breathing heavily.
Longson lands a big head kick that sends Nogueira to the canvas! Longson follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
