The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Kamada. Kingston does a little dance to reset his feet.

Kamada has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kingston stalling.
Kingston is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Kingston receives a warning from the referee for stalling.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Koen Kingston.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kamada checks a leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kingston throws a low kick but it's checked well by Kamada.

Kamada has taken the fight to the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kingston takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Kamada is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Kamada seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Kingston is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Sonosuke Kamada.
Kingston does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Kamada throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Kingston only half commits to the counter leg kick.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Kingston takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Kamada moves into the clinch successfully.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Kingston tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Kamada's elbow.
Kingston stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
