Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stevan Micic (ranked 4477 p4p, 4486 weight class) and Yao Ming (ranked 181 p4p, 182 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stevan Micic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Yao Ming!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Micic moves out of range of the leg kick from Ming.
Ming tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Micic moves into the clinch.
Micic lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Ming has had enough of the clinch but Micic keeps him there for the moment.
Micic misses with a hook to the ribs.
Micic keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Ming's efforts to push away.
Micic misses with the head strike.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Micic creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Micic throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Ming's coach down at Sydney Top Team was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Ming's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Ming's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Micic creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Micic pushes Ming against the cage. Micic is working some dirty boxing. Micic pushes off with a quick right hook! Ming goes down! Ming tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Micic moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
