And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joel Osmond!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goodson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Osmond on the side of the head.

It looks like Joel Osmond has been cut.
Goodson throws a right and a left that Osmond avoids nicely.
Osmond shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Osmond looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Goodson makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Osmond takes a swing at Goodson's ribcage but misses.
Goodson misses with a hook.
Osmond with the counter takedown but Goodson avoids it easily.
Goodson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

and Goodson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Osmond scores with a shot to the body.

Osmond shoots in and bounces Goodson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Osmond trying to control but Goodson is working from the bottom.
Goodson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Goodson working a defensive guard but Osmond manages to pass into side control anyway.
Goodson is not content to let Osmond control the position.
Osmond is trying to ground and pound but Goodson uses the momentary lack of control by Osmond to regain half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Goodson is looking to escape.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Osmond working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Osmond throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Osmond trying to pass the guard but Goodson defending well.
Osmond thows a huge punch but Goodson dodges it nicely.

Osmond is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Goodson sees it coming and defends easily.
Osmond is trying to control the action in half guard but Goodson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Osmond seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Goodson is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
