The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Shields.
Williamson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Williamson lands in his opponent's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A big strike lands for Williamson! That's really hurt Shields and he's turned his back - Williamson keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Williamson jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
